Getting paid with Stripe
A quote in Alatusa comes with a pay button. Your customer pays through your own Stripe account, with the methods they already know, and the money goes straight to you.

Your own Stripe
The payment runs on your Stripe account, not on Alatusa’s. The money goes to you, you see every payment in your own Stripe dashboard, and Alatusa takes nothing from it. You only pay Stripe’s own fees.
Connect Stripe in three steps
You do this once. There are no keys or codes to copy.
- In Alatusa, open Company profile and then Collect payments.
- Click Connect Stripe, and sign in to Stripe or create an account.
- Back in Alatusa, click the link under Stripe and switch on the methods you want, such as iDEAL and Bancontact.
What your customer sees
Your customer taps the pay button in the chat and lands on Stripe’s payment page. It shows the methods you switched on that work in their country and in the quote’s currency: a Dutch customer sees iDEAL, a Belgian customer sees Bancontact. Apple Pay and Google Pay show up on devices where your customer has set them up.
You see it when it is paid
A card or iDEAL payment shows as paid in Alatusa as soon as Stripe confirms it. Some methods take longer, such as a bank transfer or SEPA Direct Debit. The quote then waits until Stripe confirms the payment.
Costs, payouts and refunds
Stripe charges a fee per payment, which differs per method and country. Alatusa adds nothing on top. Stripe pays out to your bank account on your own payout schedule, and you handle refunds in your Stripe dashboard.
