Alatusa is the flat Standard subscription (€30/month after the founding free period). Under current Meta policy, free-form replies inside the open 24-hour customer-care window have no Meta message fee. You pay Meta when you send templates at Meta's rates. Alatusa adds no markup.

Are there message or conversation limits in Alatusa?

No. Alatusa does not cap messages or conversations in the product. Meta may apply its own quality and throughput rules on the Cloud API; those are Meta's, not Alatusa soft limits.

Founding members keep their Standard rate (€30/month) for as long as they stay subscribed. If a future list price must change for new customers, we communicate months ahead.

Yes. We completed Meta Access Verification for Tech Providers. WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger onboarding runs through Meta's official APIs and OAuth. No workarounds.
