From the chat to the courier, in one place
Many shops sell in WhatsApp and then copy every address into a courier website. This is how an order goes from the first message to the parcel without that copying.

The usual way
The customer asks, you send a price, they send a screenshot of the payment, you copy their address into a courier website, and later you send the tracking number by hand. Every step is a chance to make a mistake.
A quote with a payment link
In Alatusa Pro you send a quote from the chat. The customer pays through the link in the same conversation, and you see the payment in Alatusa.
The address through a shipping form
Instead of asking for the address in a message, you send a short shipping form in the chat. The customer fills in their own name, phone number and address.
A label and tracking through Envia
With your own Envia account connected, you pick one of the carriers Envia offers in your country, print the label and get a tracking number. Shipping works in the countries where Alatusa is active.
The customer knows where it is
You send the delivery status in the same chat, so the customer does not have to ask.
