    Tap Connect in the message from Facebook Business, choose whether to share your chat history, and paste the code.

What stays and what changes

What stays

  • Your number and your contacts.
  • The WhatsApp Business app on your phone. You can still reply there.
  • Replies you send from the app show up in Alatusa too, so your team sees the whole conversation.
  • Up to 180 days of chats, if you share your chat history in step 3.

What changes (Meta's rules)

  • Open the app at least once every 14 days to keep the number connected. Rather not? Choose a number without the app.
  • Group chats are not synchronised, and broadcast lists stop working.
  • Disappearing and view-once messages are turned off.
  • Your profile photo and description are edited in the app.
